OC Ice Cream offers ice cream truck rental services for events, available for booking through the website or by direct contact with us.

Services can be paid for on the day of the event or by requesting an invoice beforehand. We accept all forms of payment.

We recognize unforeseen events may occur and aim to assist our customers accordingly. Please be aware of our cancellation policy:

- To avoid fees, cancel at least 48 hours before the event.

- No fees for same-day cancellations due to legitimate reasons beyond your control, such as sudden illness, hospitalization, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Same-day cancellations for non-legitimate reasons will incur a $50 fee.

- The $50 fee can be applied as credit towards future appointments.

OC Ice Cream is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
