Pricing Information:

1. Service Fee

   This covers the cost of providing the ice cream truck and service at your event.

   • 30 Minutes: $75

   • 1 Hour: $125

   • 1.5 Hours: $150

   • 2 Hours: $175

2. Per Item Charges

   This represents the price charged for each ice cream or snack item selected.

   Enjoy as much as you want, or set limits we'll tally it up for your bill.

   • lce Cream: $3 (flat-rate)

   • Candy/Snacks: $2 (flat-rate)

3. Fees & Surcharges

   This encompasses all applicable taxes, surcharges, and travel fees associated with your booking.

   Transparent pricing, no surprises!

   • Tax: 7.25% (applied to all sales)

   • Card Fee: 4% (for card transactions)

   • Travel Fee: $50 (for events in Los Angeles/Inland Empire areas)

Payment Information:

• Payment accepted after the event or by invoice request. We accept all payment methods.

Park Permit Information:

• Hosts must obtain park permits before the event.

Cancellation Information:

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 days before to avoid a $50 fee, which can be used as credit for future bookings.
